Delete your account

You can delete your Oppanai One account and its data at any time. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
In the app
- Open Oppanai One and sign in.
- Go to Account (artists: Profile).
- Tap Delete account, tick the box and confirm.
Without the app
Email us from the email on your account, or include your registered phone number. Subject: “Delete my account”.
We confirm it's your account, then delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What is deleted
- Name, phone number, email, photo, saved addresses, wishlist and notifications
- Sign-in on all your devices
- Artists: business page, services, prices, photos, videos and ID document
What is kept
- Past bookings and payments, without your name, for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires
- Reviews you wrote, shown as “Deleted user”
If you have bookings that haven't happened yet, cancel them or wait until they're completed first.
